Set Up Shop
Vendor Information
- Food trucks and concession trailers (all cuisines welcome)
- Western wear, boots, and cowboy gear
- Arts, crafts, and handmade goods
- Agricultural and farm-supply vendors
- Commercial vendors with prior approval
Who Can Vendor
- Standard booth space: 10’×10’ (tables not provided)
- Food truck spaces: up to 30’ pull-through lanes available
- Electricity: limited 20A service, first-come first-served
- Setup begins Thursday, August 6 at 8:00 AM
- All vendors must be set by 3:00 PM Thursday, September 17
- Vendor parking separate from general public
Space & Logistics
- Craft / retail booth: $75 for the full weekend
- Food vendor / food truck: $125 for the full weekend
- Commercial vendor: $150 (requires prior approval)
- Fees collected at check-in — cash or check only
- No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of event
- Vendors responsible for their own cleanup nightly
